Some of the topics discussed include, workflow, computer—integrated manufacturing, print supply and demand, customer satisfaction, etc.
Megerdichian's topic this year was “New Business Models Leverage Technology for Commercial Print.” He talked about how today's new business model focuses on specialized expertise in internet, new technology, and state-of-the-art equipment.
