2-part NCR Form Pads from 4over are an efficient way to provide multicolored copies of a single document with handwritten or typed information — order forms, receipts and more. Our 2-Part NCR Form Pads are digitally printed as collated sets of white and canary sheets on 20lb stock, glued on the short edge, with up to four customizable numbering locations. The NCR sheets are glued together, and the blank wraparound cover is securely stapled along the top edge of the form.
