Follow the directions below to enable cookies and JavaScript in your browser:
IE 11 on Windows
- Click "Tools" and go to "Internet Options"
- Click to open the "Security" tab
- Click "Custom Levels" and ensure "Scripting" is enabled
- Click to open the "Privacy" tab
- Under the "Settings" heading, set zone to "Medium" or lower
Firefox 31 on Windows / Firefox 42 on Mac
- Open a new Firefox browser window or tab
- Copy “about:config” and paste it into the Firefox address bar
- Hit the “Enter” key
- On the next page, click the button: "I'll be careful, I promise!"
- Find the javascript.enabled row under the “Preference Name” heading
- Double-click anywhere within the javascript.enabled row to toggle the value from "False" to "True"
- Finally, refresh your browser
Safari 7 on Windows
- Click "Safari Settings" and go to "Preferences"
- Click to open the "Security" tab
- "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" should be CHECKED
- Accept Cookies "Only from sites I visit" or "Always"
Safari 7 on Mac
- Click "Safari" and go to "Preferences"
- Click to open the "Security" tab
- "Enable JavaScript" should be CHECKED
- Accept Cookies "Only from sites I visit" or "Always"
Chrome 47 on Windows
- Click on "Customize and Control" and click on "Options"
- Click on the "Under the Hood" tab and click on "Content Settings"
- "JavaScript - Allow all sites to run JavaScript" and "Cookies - Allow local data to be set" should both be CHECKED
Chrome 47 on Mac
- Click on "Chrome" and hover over "Preferences"
- At the bottom of the window, click "Show advanced settings..." and click "Content Settings" under “Privacy”
- "JavaScript - Allow all sites to run JavaScript" and "Cookies - Allow local data to be set" should both be CHECKED
