  • Can vinyl banners be written on?

    No, vinyl banners cannot be written on.

  • Are the vinyl banners made of see-through material?
    The material of a vinyl banner is opaque and not able to be seen through.
  • Will my vinyl banner be folded or rolled?

    Due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8 feet or 96 inches in length will be folded for shipping. These measures are implemented to ensure the most competitive shipping rates.

  • Will my vinyl banner have wrinkles or creases from shipping?
    1. Due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8’ or 96” in length will be folded for shipping. As a result, the banners may obtain wrinkles or creases from shipping. 
    2. To remove these wrinkles or creases from the banner, we suggest gently heating the non-printed surface. Place the banner — print side down — on a flat surface. Using a hairdryer or steam iron at a low temperature to gently apply heat to the non-printed side until the wrinkles come out. DO NOT USE A HOT IRON.

  • How do I store my banner for later use?
    In order to maximize your future usage, you must keep it clean, dry, and in a dry cool place while it is not in use when you are done using your banner. Store your banner flat, not vertical. If it is standing up vertically, it may wilt and warp causing wrinkles over time.
  • Is there any maintenance or cleaning required?
    1. The best method of cleaning your outdoor vinyl banner is to lay it flat (if possible) on a clean area, table, or floor. It is recommended that you use a mild dishwashing liquid and lukewarm water to rinse. Do not use any harsh abrasive or petroleum-type cleaners. Clean and dry each side ensuring it is completely dry prior to rolling it up with the image outward to avoid any cracking of the printed side. Any wetness left on the banner will cause mildew and may ruin some of your banners over time.
    2. Do not roll your banner super tight or super loose - this will allow for some breathing room while it is stored. Place your banner back in the box and store it flat, not vertical. If it is standing up vertically, it may wilt and warp causing wrinkles over time.
